Random, random, random
I went swimming on saturday down by the hearst pool, and damn, I totally forgot how tiring swimming is. To top it off, the swim cap I borrowed was way too tight for my head and cutting off circulation. But whatever, the weather was nice, I got away from reading in my room all day, and yay to endorphins.
Also, the flight is booked to toronto for dec 18th and leaving a month later on jan 17th! Yay to long relaxing stays! Celebrating christmas where it snows is such a lovelylovelylovely thing. The only thing that would've been better would be having this AND a little family+friend loving back on the island. But yes, I'm so ready to have a little chill time, have a lot of girl time (future bakery! sleepover soiree! tofu soup house!), and just be back with people I love (and maybe sneaking some snowboarding in: yay to riding, no yay to petrifying ski lifts!).
So excited for the little things, like being able to do the toronto star crossword (in light of the crummy sf chronicle one I've been doing), a trip down to baldwin (for konichi-wa and ginormous margaritas), queen street west and yonge & bloor (oh how I've missed you) and so many other things.
