Sometimes I think about how nice it would be to just leave all this behind and start a cupcakery. To just bake all day, the smells of batter emanating from the ovens, mixed up in the strong company of coffee, filling the air in the streets. Wouldn't that be lovely? Perhaps, one day; after all, they are dreams.
